BULLS GAP – An 89-year-old woman was flown out of Bulls Gap via rescue helicopter to Holston Valley Medical Center Wednesday evening following a two vehicle collision on Highway 11-E.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Stanley Sheppard, 71, of Whitesburg was traveling southbound on Highway 11-E near the Highland Avenue intersection.
