KINGSPORT — The Kingsport Chamber, Downtown Kingsport Association and the Kingsport Office of Small Business and Enterpreneurship (KOSBE) are teaming up to organize Small Business Saturday on Nov. 30.

Small Business Saturday is part of the “ShopSmall” movement initiated by American Express to encourage holiday shoppers to shop local.

On Monday at 10 a.m. at the Kingsport Chamber, Mayor Pat Shull will issue a proclamation to the public in recognition and celebration of Small Business Saturday.

How can small businesses participate?
